Official Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
This Sweepstakes is open to anyone 21 years of age or older worldwide
who (1) has responded to an email or direct mail invitation to
enter the sweepstakes, or (2) visits the Insight Casino Research,
LLC booth (#623) at the 2005 Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas,
NV and completes an entry form in full. Insight Casino Research,
LLC, its marketing, public relations, research and promotional
agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees
and members of the immediate family and persons living in the
same household of each are ineligible. Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59
PM (EST) on September 23, 2005.
2. TO ENTER: Between 12:00:00 AM (EST) on July
31, 2005 and 11:59:59 PM (EST) on September 23, 2005 participants
must complete the one-time entry form. You must enter by one of
the following means: (1) visiting the Insight Casino Research,
LLC website at www.insightcasinoresearch.com, entering your e-mail
address and completing all required information requested on the
entry form presented, and clicking on the "Submit Entry"
button to complete the entry process, (2) visiting the Insight
Casino Research, LLC booth (#623) at the 2005 Global Gaming Expo
in Las Vegas, NV and completing an entry form in full, (3) completing
the Entry form contained in the direct mail invitation and sending
it to Insight Casino Research, LLC, 60 Wilders Pass, Canton, CT
06019 postmarked prior to 12 AM, September 24, 2005, (4) responding
to the email invitation. Limit of one (1) Entry per person and
three (3) Entries per casino.
3. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants are aware of and
agree with Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.insightcasinoresearch.com/privacy.
Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment,
computer hardware, software, malfunctions of the entrant's e-mail
provider or referral e-mail address, incorrect e-mail addresses,
lost, late, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or misdirected
entries. Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading entries
from the website or for any other technical problems related to
website entries or referrals. In the event of a dispute regarding
the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry
will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person in whose
name the e-mail account is registered. Entries become the property
of Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and
usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.
3. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) Grand
Prize Winner selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries
received. Winner need not be present at drawing to win. The random
drawing will be conducted on or about September 30, 2005, by Insight
Casino Research, LLC. The decisions of the Sponsor are final on
all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the
Grand Prize are dependent upon total number of eligible entries
received. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone
or e-mail on or about September 30, 2005 and will be required
to sign and return an Liability/Publicity Release ("Release")
except where prohibited by law, which must be received by Sponsor
within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited
and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification
as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Winner will
be required to provide Insight Casino Research, LLC with a list
of player names and phone numbers from their player database in
order to allow for efficient implementation of the survey (approximately
1500 names). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize,
and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. PRIZE: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: a Performa Benchmark‘Player
Satisfaction Survey valued at $16,000.00 consisting of 300 individual
phone interviews, tabulation and analysis of the data, and PowerPoint
report . Grand Prize does not include travel or travel-related
expenses for employees of Insight Casino Research, LLC if such
travel is requested by winner.
5. GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is governed by
the laws of the State of Connecticut, with venue and jurisdiction
in Hartford County, CT and all claims must be resolved in the
courts located in Hartford County, CT. By entering, entrants/winners
agree; (1) to release Sponsor and Parties from liability, loss
or damage arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes
and with respect to their acceptance and use/misuse of the Grand
Prize; (2) to be bound by the Official Rules; (3) that the decisions
of the Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to
the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware
or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost
or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate,
incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether
caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit
the ability to participate or by any human or technical error
which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes.
As permitted by law in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy,
Sponsor may use information, which all entrants provide about
themselves, to send them announcements and other communications
exclusively from Insight Casino Research, LLC via electronic and
ordinary mail. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes
a grant of permission to the Sponsor or its agents to include
winner's names and their associated casino on the Insight Casino
Research website without further notice or without additional
compensation.
6. WINNER NAME: For the name of the winner, access
the Insight Casino Research, LLC website after October 15, 2005,
or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be postmarked by
October 10, 2005 and received by October 15, 2005 to: INSIGHT
CASINO RESEARCH PERFORMA BENCHMARK‘ PLAYER SATISFACTION
SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS LIST, Insight Casino Research, LLC,
60 Wilders Pass, Canton, CT 06019.
7. RULES REQUEST: For a copy of Official Rules,
send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be postmarked by September
15, 2005 and received by September 20, 2005 to: PERFORMA BENCHMARK‘
PLAYER SATISFACTION SURVEY, SWEEPSTAKES RULES REQUEST, Insight
Casino Research, LLC, 60 Wilders Pass, Canton, CT 06019.
