Player Satisfaction – ICR’s Performa Benchmark™ Player Satisfaction Survey is unique in the casino industry. It gives management a clear picture of where their casino’s performance is meeting or exceeding player expectations, and where it is falling short. It shows management how their casino compares to similar casino’s nationally, regionally and to their closest competitor.

Promotions & Incentives – ICR’s PromoMeter provides an accurate assessment of the relative appeal of alternative promotions or incentives. It allows casino management to assess the value of individual promotions or multi-promotion “packages” before implementing them.

Food & Beverage – ICR works directly with casino management to design surveys aimed at evaluating all aspects of the casino’s food service offerings…from overall restaurant appeal to wait service to menu item selections.
