Insight Casino Research (ICR) offers a range of products and services that provide casino management with actionable patron-based information.

Guest Satisfaction – ICR’s Performa™ Guest Satisfaction Survey gives management a clear picture of where their casino’s performance is meeting or exceeding player expectations, and where it is falling short. It shows management how their casino compares to their closest competitors, and tracks changes in guest satisfaction over time.

Promotions & Incentives – ICR’s PromoMeter provides an accurate assessment of the relative appeal of alternative promotions or incentives. It allows casino management to assess the value of individual promotions or multi-promotion “packages” before implementing them.

Food & Beverage – ICR works directly with casino management to design surveys aimed at determining the types of restaurants and cuisines guest really want at the casino.

Employee Feedback – Sometimes the best way to determine what issues are affecting employee performance in an operational department is to ask them.
